| Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. („Bank”) informuje, iż w dniu 8 grudnia 2021 r. agencja ratingowa Standard and Poor’s Global Ratings („S&P”, „Agencja”) poinformowała Bank o potwierdzeniu długoterminowych i krótkoterminowych ocen ratingowych Banku na dotychczasowym poziomie. Rating Banku na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu przedstawia się następująco: - Rating długoterminowy emitenta („Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘BB’ z perspektywą stabilną, - Rating krótkoterminowy emitenta („Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘B’. Stabilna perspektywa Banku wynika z oczekiwań Agencji w zakresie organicznego wzrostu akcji kredytowej w perspektywie 12 miesięcy przy braku nowych istotnych problemów z jakością portfela kredytowego. Affirmation of ratings of Alior Bank S.A. by rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on December 8th, 2021, rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings ("S&P", "Agency") informed the Bank that it has affirmed the long-term and short-term ratings of the Bank at the current level. Bank’s Credit Rating as at the date of publication this report is as follows: - Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating at ‘BB’ level with stable outlook; - Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating at ‘B’ level. The Agency noted that, the stable outlook on the Bank is underpinned by the expectations of organic lending growth in the next 12 months, with no material new credit quality problems.
