| Joint Press Release UniCredit and Amundi enter Into exclusive negotiations regarding the sale of Pioneer Paris, Milan 5 December 2016 UniCredit and Amundi today announced that they have entered into exclusive negotiations in relation to the possible sale of the Pioneer Investments business to Amundi.
