| PRESS RELEASE COMPOSITION OF SHARE CAPITAL AND NEW ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION UniCredit S.p.A. (hereinafter “UniCredit” or the “Company”) – pursuant to article 85-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99 - informs the public on the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) as a result of the completion of the rights issue’s transaction – as approved by Board of Directors on February 1, 2017 following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 12, 2017. The following table reports the current composition of the share capital as opposed to the previous share capital.
