PRESS RELEASE Appointment of a Director The UniCredit Board of Directors - upon the favourable opinion of the Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee - today co-opted as (non-executive) Company Director, in substitution of the resigning Director Ms. Jung, Mr. Sergio Balbinot, currently member of the Allianz SE Management Board and Deputy Chairman of Allianz S.p.A..
