| Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, Dobrudja 6 str., fl. 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following:<br /> On 29.06.2020, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Active, UIC 175347998, managed by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, pursuant to which the share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Active in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, has changed from 12.81% reported in the preceding notification to 10.82% as of 29.06.2020. On 29.06.2020, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Classic, UIC 175347973, managed by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, pursuant to which the share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Classic in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, has not changed from 8.89% reported in the preceding notification as of 29.06.2020. Pursuant to the disclosure notifications for share participation dated 29.06.2020 submitted by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, the total number of voting rights that Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD may exercise at the General Meeting of the shareholders of Intercapital Property Development ADSIC as of 29.06.2020, amounts to 19.71%, which is a wholly indirect participation through Mutual Fund Invest Active and Mutual Fund Invest Classic, has changed from 21.70% reported in the preceding notification to 19.71% as of 29.06.2020.
