| The Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") with its registered office in Warsaw informs that on June 28, 2024, the Supervisory Board adopted, among others, a resolution regarding the dismissal of Mr. Arkadiusz Trela from the position of President of the Management Board as of the end of day June 30, 2024 and a resolution regarding the appointment as of the beginning of day July 1, 2024, the new President of the Management Board - Mr. Rafał Kmiecik.<br /> The Management Board will provide the professional CV of the new President of the Management Board in one of the following announcements. Legal basis: § 3 clause 1 point 7) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market". Zarząd Spółki Black Pearl S.A. (dalej "Emitent") z siedzibą w Warszawie informuje, iż w dniu 28 czerwca 2024 roku, Rada Nadzorcza podjęła między innymi uchwałę dotyczącą odwołania z funkcji Prezesa Zarządu Pana Arkadiusza Trelę z końcem dnia 30 czerwca 2024 r. oraz uchwałę dotyczącą powołania z początkiem dnia 01 lipca 2024 r. nowego Prezesa Zarządu – Pana Rafała Kmiecika. Zarząd przekaże życiorys zawodowy nowego Prezesa Zarządu w jednym z kolejnych kominikatów. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 7) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect". |
