| The transition to WSE main market was approved by the company’s General Meeting in 2013, but postponed for some time because of the political situation. <br /> The transition is scheduled for the end of 2021 with no new shares issue. <br /> As a part of the preparation process contracts were signed with the Progress Holding and C-Consulting, which will be acting as financial advisers from the Polish and the Ukrainian sides. <br /> <br /> NWAI Dom Maklerski will be the brokerage house holding the process. <br /> <br /> Legal basis: § 3 subparagraph 1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market" |
