| Date: January 6, 2009 Current Report No. 1/2009 Subject: Trading dates for the preemptive rights to UniCredit S.p.A. ordinary shares Pursuant to § 34 Section 1 Item 3 of the Polish Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of October 19, 2005 regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities (Dziennik Ustaw of 2005, No. 209, Item 1744), UniCredit S.p.A. hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in its Resolution No. 6/2009 of January 6, 2009 resolved that the listing of the preemptive rights to UniCredit S.p.A. ordinary shares with the nominal value of EUR 0.50 each shall take place from January 8, 2009 to January 16, 2009 (inclusive). Furthermore, UniCredit S.p.A. wishes to announce that the form of the application to participate in the rights offering of ordinary shares of UniCredit S.p.A. will be available on the UniCredit S.p.A. website at the address http://www.unicreditgroup.eu. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Data: 6 stycznia 2009 r. Raport Bieżący nr 1/2009 Temat: Terminy notowania praw poboru akcji zwykłych UniCredit S.p.A. Na podstawie § 34 ust. 1 pkt 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych (Dz. U. z 2005 roku Nr 209, poz. 1744) UniCredit S.p.A. informuje, iż Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. uchwałą nr 6/2009 z dnia 6 stycznia 2009 r. postanowił, iż prawa poboru akcji zwykłych UniCredit S.p.A. o wartości nominalnej 0,50 euro każda będą notowane w terminie od dnia 8 stycznia 2009 r. do dnia 16 stycznia 2009 r. (włącznie). Ponadto UniCredit S.p.A. informuje, że wzór formularza zapisu na akcje składany w wykonaniu prawa poboru w ramach oferty akcji zwykłych UniCredit S.p.A. będzie dostępny na stronie internetowej UniCredit S.p.A. pod adresem http://www.unicreditgroup.eu. | ||||||||||||
