| UniCredit communicates that, following the capital increase of Euro 64,736,988.67 corresponding to nr. 3,884,961 ordinary shares issued pursuant the resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 5thFebruary 2020, pursuant to the authorities given by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on May 13th 2015, the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 14th April 2016, the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 20th April 2017, the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 12th April 2018 and by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 11th April 2019, the fully subscribed and paid-up share capital of UniCredit S.p.A. currently amounts to Euro 21,059,536,950.48 and is divided into 2,237,261,803 ordinary shares with no nominal value. The resolution to increase the share capital has been registered with the Company Register on March 27 2020 We also inform you that as of today the updated version of the Articles of Association has been filed with the Companies Register and it is published on the company website at www.unicreditgroup.eu, on the website of the authorized storage mechanism “emarket STORAGE” managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. (www.emarketstorage.com) and it is available to shareholders at the Company’s Registered Office in Milan.
