| We inform you that as of today we have published on the UniCredit website (at the link www.unicreditgroup.eu/shareholdersmeetingdecember2017) an updated of the Explanatory Report and of the resolution proposal concerning the item 1 (Completion of the Board of Statutory Auditors) on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting already called on December 4, 2017. Such update has become necessary given that, following the change occurred in the Board of Statutory Auditor’s composition on October 26, 2017, the office of the new Auditor Ms. Bientinesi, who replaced Ms. Spinardi, will expire on the mentioned Meeting. Therefore, the Shareholders’ Meeting shall appoint two permanent Statutory Auditors and, if needed, one or two stand-in Statutory Auditors. We remind you that the updated Explanatory Report is also available at the Company's Registered Office and its Head Office as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. (www.emarketstorage.com).
