| At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of ČEZ elected a seventh member of the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy. The newly elected member is Mr Ladislav Štěpánek, previously serving as the appointed director of Production after the former Production Director, Mr Vladimír Hlavinka, left. Additionally, Mr Ladislav Štěpánek will no longer be just an appointed but the regular Production Director from the 1 of July on. | ||||||||||||
