| Zarząd Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. ("Bank") niniejszym informuje, że w związku z wygasającą kadencją Zarządu Banku, Rada Nadzorcza Banku, działając na podstawie art. 368 par. 4 i art. 369 par. 1 kodeksu spółek handlowych oraz §20 ust. 1 pkt 1 litera b) Statutu Banku, powołała Zarząd Banku na nową trzyletnią kadencję w dotychczasowym składzie: 1) Józef Wancer - Prezes Zarządu 2) Daniel Astraud - Wiceprezes Zarządu 3) Francois Benaroya - Wiceprezes Zarządu 4) Blagoy Bochev - Wiceprezes Zarządu 5) Jan Bujak - Wiceprezes Zarządu 6) Wojciech Kembłowski - Wiceprezes Zarządu 7) Magdalena Legęć - Wiceprezes Zarządu 8) Jaromir Pelczarski - Wiceprezes Zarządu 9) Wojciech Sass - Wiceprezes Zarządu 10) Jean-Philippe Stephane Rodes - Wiceprezes Zarządu 11) Michel Thebault - Wiceprezes Zarządu 12) Bartosz Urbaniak - Członek Zarządu Uchwała Rady Nadzorczej wchodzi w życie z dniem odbycia się Walnego Zgromadzenia Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. zatwierdzającego sprawozdanie finansowe za 2014 rok, zaplanowanego na dzień 19 czerwca 2015 r. Rada ustaliła liczbę członków Zarządu Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas Spółka Akcyjna nowej kadencji na 12 (dwanaście) osób. Wymienione osoby nie prowadzą działalności konkurencyjnej w stosunku do działalności Banku i nie są wpisane do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych. | Appointment of the Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA for a new tenurecurrent report no. 57/2015 dated 18 June 2015The Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (“Bank”) hereby announces that due to the expiring tenure of the Bank’s Management Board, the Bank’s Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Article 368, §4 and Article 369 §1 of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships (CCC), as well as on the basis of § 20 para. 1 sub-para. 1 letter b) of the Bank’s Articles of Association, appointed the Management Board in its current composition for the new 3-year tenure:1) Józef Wancer – President of the Board 2) Daniel Astraud – Vice President of the Board 3) Francois Benaroya - Vice President of the Board 4) Blagoy Bochev - Vice President of the Board 5) Jan Bujak - Vice President of the Board 6) Wojciech Kembłowski - Vice President of the Board 7) Magdalena Legęć - Vice President of the Board 8) Jaromir Pelczarski - Vice President of the Board 9) Wojciech Sass - Vice President of the Board 10) Jean-Philippe Stephane Rodes - Vice President of the Board 11) Michel Thebault - Vice President of the Board 12) Bartosz Urbaniak – Member of the Board The resolution of the Bank’s Supervisory Board shall come into force on the date of the Annual General Meeting held to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year 2014, scheduled for 19 June 2015.The Supervisory Board fixed the number of Members of the Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas Spółka Akcyjna in the new term of office at 12 (twelve) persons.The above-mentioned members neither carry out any activity competitive to the Bank’s activity nor are recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.The professional CVs and education details of the above Management Board members and information on the functions performed by the Management Board members in other companies and partnerships are available on the Bank’ website at http://media.bgz.pl/pl/press/ludzieLegal basis:§5 section 1 point 22 and §28 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133) | |||
