(the "Company") informs that the Company received a notification, made pursuant to article 19 paragraph 1 of the EU Regulation No 596/2014 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), regarding transactions in the Company's shares by Albacon Ventures Limited, an entity closely associated with Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, Executive Director A and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
