| Rada Dyrektorów spółki ASTARTA Holding N.V. ("Spółka") informuje o korekcie raportu bieżącego nr 1/2007 r. z dnia 24 stycznia 2007 r. w następujący sposób: Spółka jest podmiotem zagranicznym, który nie sporządza sprawozdania finansowego (jednostkowego) i w związku z tym zgodnie z § 86 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych Spółka będzie przekazywała do publicznej wiadomości jedynie skonsolidowane raporty okresowe, w tym jedynie skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2006 r., skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2007 r. oraz skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne. Dla wygody inwestorów Spółka przypomina daty publikacji raportów okresowych w 2007 r.: I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: za IV kwartał 2006 r. – 1 marca 2007 r.; za I kwartał 2007 r. – 15 maja 2007 r.; za II kwartał 2007 r. – 14 sierpnia 2007 r.; za III kwartał 2007 r. – 14 listopada 2007 r. II. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2007 r. - 28 września 2007 r. III. Raport roczny za 2006 r.: Skonsolidowany raport roczny – 31 maja 2007 r. | ||||||||||||

| Current report no. 1/2007 - corrigendum Date: May 21, 2007 Dates for filing periodical reports in 2007 The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2007 of 24 January 2007. The Company is a foreign entity that does not prepare the financial statements (standalone) and therefore, in accordance with § 86(3) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on the Current and Periodical Information to be Provided by Issuers of Securities (the "Ordinance”) the Company will publish only consolidated periodic reports, including the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2006, the consolidated semi-annual report for six months ending on 30 June 2007 and consolidated quarterly reports. For investors’ convenience the Company hereby communicates once again the dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2007: I. Consolidated quarterly report: For the 4th quarter of 2006 – March 01, 2007; For the 1st quarter of 2007 – May 15, 2007; For the 2nd quarter of 2007 – August 14, 2007; For the 3rd quarter of 2007 – November 14, 2007. II. Consolidated semi-annual report: For the 1st half of 2007 – September 28, 2007. III. Annual report for 2006: Consolidated annual report – May 31, 2007. | |||
