| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. ("Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanych raporcie bieżącym nr 3/2014 z dnia 20 marca 2014 roku, dotyczącym określenia daty spłaty zadłużenia oraz uzyskania zwolnienia z obowiązku dotrzymania wskaźników finansowych przez spółkę zależną Emitenta - Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB ("APG") informuje, iż w związku z faktem, iż na dzień 30 września 2014 APG dotrzymała wskaźniki finansowe tj. współczynnik wypłacalności (ang. solidity ratio) oraz współczynnik pokrycia odsetek (ang. interest coverage ratio) określone umową kredytową z bankiem Svenska Handelsbanken AB ("Bank"), za obowiązujące Strony uznały pierwotne brzmienie umowy kredytowej. Zgodnie z tym APG obowiązują dotychczasowe wskaźniki finansowe. Umowa kredytowa przewiduje nieokreślony termin spłaty zadłużenia w rachunku bieżącym APG z możliwością wypowiedzenia umowy kredytowej w przypadku niespełnienia wskaźników finansowych na dzień weryfikacji. Kolejny termin weryfikacji wyznaczono na 31 grudnia 2014 roku . | Current report no. 25/2014 Dated: 17 October 2014 Subject: Continuation of credit facility agreement of Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB. General legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 1 of the Act on Public Offering - Confidential Information Contents: The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Issuer"), with reference to the current report no. 3/2014 dated 20 March 2014 regarding establishment of the debt repayment date and obtaining of release from the obligation to maintain financial ratios by the Issuer’s subsidiary - Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB (“APG”), informs that in connection with the fact, that as of 30 September 2014 APG maintained the financial ratios i.e. solidity ratio and interest coverage defined by the credit facility agreement (the “Agreement”) with Svenska Handelsbanken AB (the „Bank”), parties acknowledged that the original wording of the Agreement is applicable. According to the above, the hitherto level of the financial ratios is applicable. The Agreement stipulates an indefinite payment term of the credit facility, nevertheless it is possible for the bank to terminate the Agreement if the financial ratios are not maintained as of the review date. The next review date falls as of 31 December 2014.
