Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") przekazuje treść uchwał powziętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy AmRest, które odbyło się w dniu 21 czerwca 2012 r., o godz. 11:00, w siedzibie Spółki we Wrocławiu przy Placu Grunwaldzkim 25-27. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że walne zgromadzenie nie odstąpiło od żadnego z punktów planowanego porządku obrad oraz nie zostały zgłoszone żadne sprzeciwy do protokołu w trakcie obrad. Treść powziętych uchwał zawarto w Załączniku.

	RB 19/2012 The Resolutions of AmRest Holdings SE Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") encloses the wording of resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which was held on 21st June 2012 at 11:00am at the Company’s head office in Wrocław, Plac Grunwaldzki 25-27. The Board also informs that the general meeting carried out the entire initially proposed agenda and none objections were raised for the record during the meeting.;The wording of resolutions is included in the Appendix.;Legal act:;Par 38. Sec. 1.
