| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje wstępnie, że przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest osiągnięte w III kwartale roku 2008 wyniosły 423,8 mln zł i wzrosły o 78,7% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku 2007. W III kwartale roku 2007 przychody ze sprzedaży wyniosły 237,1 mln zł. W III kwartale 2008 roku po raz pierwszy konsolidowane były wyniki 104 restauracji Applebee’s operujących w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Przychody ze sprzedaży restauracji AmRest operujących w Stanach Zjednoczonych, w III kwartale 2008 roku, wyniosły 132,8 mln zł. W tym samym okresie przychody ze sprzedaży restauracji AmRest operujących w Europie wyniosły 291,0 mln zł. Biorąc pod uwagę powyższe wstępne przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest w pierwszych trzech kwartałach 2008 roku wyniosły 931,4 mln zł i wzrosły o 54,8% w porownaniu do roku 2007. | Regulatory Announcement 73/2008 dated 13 October 2008; Sales revenues in the third quarter; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") informs that the preliminary sales revenues generated by the AmRest Group in the third quarter of 2008 amounted to PLN 423.8 million, what is the 78.7% increase compared with the corresponding period of 2007. In the third quarter of 2007 the sales revenues reached PLN 237.1 million.; In the third quarter of 2008 the results of 104 Applebee’s restaurants, which operate in US, were consolidated for the first time. The sales revenues of AmRest restaurants operating in US, in the third quarter of 2008, amounted to PLN 132.8 million. In the same period the sales revenues of AmRest restaurants operating in Europe amounted to PLN 291,0 million.; In view of the above the preliminary sales revenues in the first three quarters of 2008 amounted to PLN 931.4 million and increased by 54.8% compared with 2007.
