| The Management Board of Cereal Planet PLC hereby informs, Cereal Planet PLC bought 100% share of Ukrainian production company, Olimp LLC. Previous owner of Olimp LLC was Ukrainian holding company, Cereal Ukraine LLC.<br /> Cereal Ukraine will be merged with Olimp LLC during first half of 2018. <br /> There were no significant changes in Group's activity because of that transfer. Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 point no.9 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System -"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System". |
