| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 8 lutego 2023 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za styczeń 2023 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za styczeń 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,90 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,12 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,12 mln PLN. EBITDA wyniosła 0,2 mln zł. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec stycznia 2023 wynosił 1,0 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2023 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie przeglądu i badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostaną zamieszczone w raportach za I kwartał 2023, I półrocze 2023 i raporcie rocznym za rok 2023. | ||||||||||||

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on February 8th, 2023, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for January 2023. Sales revenue for January 2023 is expected at PLN 1.90 million. The gross result at PLN -0.12 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.12 million. EBITDA was at the level of PLN 0.2 million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 1.0 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2023 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023, rapport for the first half of 2023 and annual report for 2023.
