(‘Issuer’) informs that the Shareholders Meeting of the Issuer shall be held on 11 May 2011 in Warsaw, Poland. The record date for notice of meeting and the record date for voting, as well as the date of the determination of beneficial ownership shall be 1st April 2011. Further information concerning the Shareholders Meeting will be given by the Issuer by way of subsequent current reports.
