| Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) informs, that the shareholders of the Company during the AGM which took place on 23 October 2015 appointed new members of the board of directors: Mr. Gunvor Engstrom (deputy director, governor, CEO in bank) and Mr. Sven Otto Littorin (former labour minister, self employed in the asylum reception sector). Both of them have long experience in board work and vast knowledge about capital markets. | ||||||||||||
