| Reinhold Europe AB (Spółka) niniejszym informuje o objęciu akcji szwedzkiej spółki Dala Byggentreprenader AB. Dala Byggentreprenader AB należała dotychczas do Louli Invest i Spånga AB, Guldtjärn Invest AB, Kullman Invest AB oraz J.N Invest AB. Spółka objęła wszystkie akcje Dala Byggentreprenader AB (10 000 akcji) a wartość transakcji wyniosła 20 mln koron szwedzkich. Zgodnie z umową objęcia akcji, Spółka dokona płatności za akcje Dala Byggentreprenader AB w terminie 18 miesięcy od zawarcia umowy. Spółce przysługuje ponadto prawo wypowiedzenia umowy nabycia akcji w przypadku opuszczenia Dala Byggentreprenader AB przez jej kluczowych pracowników. Dala Byggentreprenader AB jest jedną z wiodących spółek w branży budowlanej na rynku szwedzkim, realizującą projekty takie jak budowa nowej siedziby Swedbank, będącego największym szwedzkim bankiem czy też rekonstrukcje Szwedzkiego Muzeum Historii Naturalnej oraz Muzeum Armii Szwedzkiej. Obecna szacunkowa wartość projektów spółki Dala Byggentreprenader AB wynosi 16 mln euro, przy czym w najbliższym czasie ocenia się wzrost ich wartości wskutek objęcia akcji przez Reinhold Europe AB do 20 mln euro. Pełna integracja pomiędzy połączonymi spółkami planowana jest na pierwszy kwartał 2015 roku. Dzięki objęciu akcji spółki Dala Byggentreprenader AB, Reinhold Europe AB umocni swoją pozycję na rynku budowlanym i stanie się jednym z wiodących deweloperów w Europie Północnej. Pierwszym projektem Dala Byggentreprenader AB jako części Reinhold Europe AB będzie realizacja inwestycji wartej szacunkowo około 14 mln euro, w jednej z najbardziej prestiżowych lokalizacji w Sztokholmie – wyspie Royal Djurgarden. Rozpoczęcie projektu planowane jest na listopad 2014 roku. Reinhold Europe AB (Company) hereby announces the acquisition of a Swedish construction company Dala Byggentreprenader AB. Dala Byggentreprenader AB was previously owned by Louli Invest i Spånga AB, Guldtjärn Invest AB, Kullman Invest AB ans J.N Invest AB. The Company has acquired all the shares of Dala Byggentreprenader AB (10 000 shares) and the transaction valued 20 million SEK. According to the share purchase agreement, the payment for the shares is due within 18 months of signing the agreement. Moreover, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the agreement in case of leaving Dala Byggentreprenader AB by its key employees. Dala Byggentreprenader AB is one of the leading companies on the construction market and has carried out projects such as construction of the new headquarters of the Swedbank – the largest bank in Sweden as well as reconstruction of the Swedish Museum of Natural History and Swedish Army Museum. The estimated value of Dala Byggentreprenader AB’s exising projects is currently €16 million and it is expected to increase up to €20 million as a result of acquisition by Reinhold Europe AB. The full integration between both companies is target to be ready in the first quarter of 2015. As a result of the acquisition of Dala Byggentreprenader AB, Reinhold Europe AB will strengthen its position in the construction market and will become one of the leading development companies in northern Europe. The first project of Dala Byggentreprenader AB as a part of Reinhold Europe AB is estimated on €14 million euro and it will be located in one of the most prestigious locations in Stockholm - Royal Djurgarden island.
