| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że w dniu 20 marca 2024 r. wpłynęło do Banku zawiadomienie od BNP Paribas SA o zmianie udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku. BNP Paribas SA poinformował, że 18 marca 2024 r., w wyniku rozliczenia transakcji pakietowych zawartych 14 marca 2024 r. w związku z zakończeniem procesu przyspieszonej budowy księgi popytu dotyczącego 8 860 616 sztuk akcji Banku oraz rozliczeniem innych transakcji dokonanych na rynku regulowanym dotyczących 6 545 akcji Banku (łącznie „Rozliczenie”), udział BNP Paribas SA w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku obniżył się o około 6%. W rezultacie Rozliczenia, na dzień zawiadomienia, BNP Paribas SA posiada bezpośrednio 84 634 166 akcji Banku reprezentujących około 57,31% akcji w kapitale zakładowym Banku oraz w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku, a razem ze spółką zależną BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV posiada łącznie 120 124 392 akcje Banku reprezentujące około 81,34% akcji w kapitale zakładowym Banku oraz w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku. Przed Rozliczeniem BNP Paribas SA posiadał bezpośrednio 93 501 327 akcji Banku reprezentujących około 63,31% akcji w kapitale zakładowym Banku oraz w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku, a razem ze spółką zależną BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV posiadał łącznie 128 991 553 akcje Banku reprezentujące około 87,35% akcji w kapitale zakładowym Banku oraz w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Banku. Notification on the change of the total number of votes in BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on 20 March 2024, it was notified by BNP Paribas SA about the change of the total number of votes at the Bank’s general meeting. BNP Paribas SA informed that on 18 March 2024, as a result of the settlement of block trade transactions entered into on 14 March 2024 in connection with an accelerated book-building placement regarding 8,860,616 shares in the Bank as well as the settlement of other transactions executed on the regular market regarding 6,545 shares in the Bank (jointly the “Settlement”) the share of BNP Paribas in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Bank decreased by approximately 6%. As a result of the Settlement and as of the date of the notification, BNP Paribas SA directly holds 84,634,166 shares in the Bank’s share capital representing approximately 57.31% of the total number of shares in the Bank’s share capital and the total number of votes at the Bank’s general meeting, and together with its subsidiary (BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV) holds jointly 120,124,392 shares representing approximately 81.34% of the shares in the Bank’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the Bank’s general meeting. Prior to the Settlement BNP Paribas SA held directly 93,501,327 shares in the Bank’s share capital representing approximately 63.31% of the shares in the Bank’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the Bank’s general meeting and together with its subsidiary (BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV) held jointly 128,991,553 shares in the Bank’s share capital representing approximately 87.35% of the shares in the Bank’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the Bank’s general meeting.
