| Zarząd Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (dalej "Banku"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 62/2015 z dnia 27 lipca 2015 roku, raportu bieżącego nr 64/2015 z dnia 30 lipca 2015 roku, raportu bieżącego nr 65/2015 z dnia 30 lipca 2015 roku oraz raportu bieżącego nr 69/2015 z dnia 25 sierpnia 2015 roku, informuje, że w związku z upływem wyznaczonego terminu: 1) w dniu 31 sierpnia 2015 r. weszły w życie rezygnacje złożone uprzednio przez Prezesa Zarządu – Józefa Wancera oraz Wiceprezesa Zarządu - Wojciecha Sassa, 2) w dniu 1 września 2015 roku weszła w życie uchwała Rady Nadzorczej Banku w sprawie powołania Pana Tomasza Bogusa na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. W związku z powyższym od dnia 1 września 2015 r. w skład Zarządu Banku wchodzą: 1. Tomasz Bogus - Prezes Zarządu 2. Daniel Astraud - Wiceprezes Zarządu 3. Francois Benaroya - Wiceprezes Zarządu 4. Blagoy Bochev - Wiceprezes Zarządu 5. Jan Bujak - Wiceprezes Zarządu 6. Wojciech Kembłowski - Wiceprezes Zarządu 7. Magdalena Legęć - Wiceprezes Zarządu 8. Jaromir Pelczarski - Wiceprezes Zarządu 9. Jean-Philippe Stephane Rodes - Wiceprezes Zarządu 10. Michel Thebault - Wiceprezes Zarządu 11. | Effective dates of resignations of members of the Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. and resolutions on appointment of members of the Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. current report no. 71/2015 date: 1 September 2015The Management Board of Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (hereinafter:“the Bank”), with reference to the current report No. 62/2015 dated 27 July 2015, current report No. 64/2015 dated 30 July 2015, current report No. 65/2015 dated 30 July 2015 and current report No. 69/2015 dated 25 August 2015, hereby informs, that: 1) on 31 August 2015 the resignations submitted by Józef Wancer, Chief Executive Officer, President of the Management Board and Wojciech Sass, Vice President of the Management Board, became effective,2) on 1 September 2015, the Bank’s Supervisory Board resolution on appointment of Mr. Tomasz Bogus to the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board was satisfied. In reference to the above, from 1 September 2015, the Bank’s Management Board is composed of: 1. Tomasz Bogus – President of the Management Board 2.
