| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2021 oraz raportów rocznych dotyczących tego roku: 1. Raporty roczne 2020 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2020 – 9 marca 2021 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2020 – 9 marca 2021 r. (co stanowi zmianę terminu publikacji niniejszych raportów, którą Bank w raporcie bieżącym nr 41/2019 z 20 grudnia 2019 r. wyznaczył na 4 marca 2021 r.) 2. Raporty kwartalne 2021 - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2021 r. – 13 maja 2021 r. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2021 r. – 9 listopada 2021 r. 3. Raport półroczny 2021 - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2021 r. – 12 sierpnia 2021 r. 4. Raporty roczne 2021 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2021 – 3 marca 2022 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2021 – 3 marca 2022 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Banku informuje, iż działając na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Bank odstępuje od publikacji jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2020 r. oraz za II i IV kwartał 2021 r. Zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Zarząd Banku oświadcza, że skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne w 2021 r. będą zawierać jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe, a skonsolidowany raport półroczny będzie zawierać półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. Podstawa prawna § 80 ust. 1 i ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

Schedule of periodical reports disclosure by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in 2021

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2021 as well as reports related to this year: 1. Annual reports 2020 - Stand-alone annual report for 2020 – 9 March 2021 - Consolidated annual report for 2020 – 9 March 2021 (this constitutes the change of the publication date of these reports which the Bank previously set up for 4 March 2021 - current report no. 41/2019 dated 20 December 2019) 2. Quarterly reports 2021 - Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 – 13 May 2021 - Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2021 – 9 November 2021 3. Semi-annual report 2021 - Consolidated report for the first half of 2021 – 12 August 2021 4. Annual reports 2021 - Stand-alone annual report for 2021 – 3 March 2022 - Consolidated annual report for 2021 – 3 March 2022
Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant to Article 79 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (“the Ordinance”), has refrained from disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2020, the second quarter of 2021 and the fourth quarter of 2021. Pursuant to Article 62 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the Management Board of the Bank declares that in 2021 the consolidated quarterly reports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviated semi-annual stand-alone financial statements.
