| Zarząd spółki Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki w dniu 26 czerwca 2018 roku podjęło uchwały, których treść stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.<br /> Zgodnie z najlepszą wiedzą Zarządu Emitenta Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Emitenta w dniu 26. czerwca 2018 r. nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a także do protokołu nie zostały zgłoszone żadne sprzeciwy. Jednocześnie, Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę ws. uchylenia dotychczasowego tekstu jednolitego statutu Spółki oraz przyjęcia nowego tekstu jednolitego. Przyjęty przez Walne Zgromadzenie nowy tekst jednolity statutu Spółki został załączony do niniejszego komunikatu bieżacego. Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu ,"Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" § 4 ust. 2 pkt 2 lit. b) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The content of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Aforti Holding on June 26, 2018 The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw ("the Company", "the Issuer"), hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting of Company on June 26, 2018 ("the AGM") adopted the resolutions, which content is attached to this report. To the best knowledge of the Issuer's Management Board, the AGM of the Issuer on June 26, 2018 did not withdraw from consideration of any items in the planned agenda and no objections were raised to the protocol. At the same time, the AGM of the Company adopted a resolution on the repeal of the existing consolidated text of the Company’s corporate statute and on the adoption of a new consolidated text. The new consolidated text of the Company's corporate statute adopted by the AMG was attached to this current report.
