Intercapital Property Development ADSIC with its registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria ("ICPD") announces hereby fixed dates for the submission of periodical reports in 2024:

1.The periodical report for Q4 2023 executed in English will be published on 02.02.2024.

2.The audited periodical (annual) report for the financial year 2023 executed in English will be published on 03.04.2024.

3.The periodical report for Q1 2024 executed in English will be published on 08.05.2024.

4.The periodical report for Q2 (H1) 2024 executed in English will be published on 02.08.2024.

5.The periodical report for Q3 2024 executed in English will be published on 04.112024.

At the same time, ICPD would like to point out that the above periodical reports executed in Bulgarian will be published in a timely manner in accordance with the law of the home country, i.e. Bulgarian law, and be available via a link:
