(“Issuer”) informs that the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Issuer shall be held on June 20, 2013 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The record date for notice of meeting and the record date for voting, as well as the date of the determination of beneficial ownership shall be May 16, 2013.
