(“the Bank") hereby states that in the current report no 106/2015 dated 15th October 2015 as a result of an obvious clerical error the month of the notification and the month of transaction were incorrectly given, i.e. the correct notification date was “15th October 2015" not “15th September 2015" and the correct transaction date was “9th October 2015" not “9th September 2015". The correct wording of the report shall be read as follows: “Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 15th October 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 9th October 2015 he acquired 3 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account"." Legal basis: § 6 clause 2 of the Finance Minister’s Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required under the laws of non-member states. | |||||||||||
