| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 5/2020 Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [Spółka, Emitent] informuje, że w dniu 23 września 2020 r. zakończony został proces agregacji danych finansowych pochodzących bezpośrednio z systemów księgowych Spółki [wstępne dane sprzedażowe oraz kosztowe] za okres sierpnia 2020 r. na podstawie których Spółka wypracowała szacowaną neutralną EBITDA tys. [+3,9 tys. zł] w sierpniu 2020 r. Jest to trzeci z rzędu miesiąc, z dodatnim wynikiem EBITDA. W oparciu o powyższe dane Zarząd Emitenta, niezwłocznie dokonał aktualizacji oceny wpływu otoczenia biznesowego na działalność Emitenta, obejmującego w szczególności sytuację epidemiczną spowodowaną pandemią koronawirusa COVID-19. Mając na uwadze aktualną dynamikę pozyskiwania kontraktów sprzedażowych oraz partnerskich [w tym w szczególności polskie i międzynarodowe kontrakty o zawarciu, których Emitent informował w raportach bieżących ESPI nr 7/2020, 8/2020, 16/2020, 19/2020 oraz 20/2020], jak również względnie stabilny poziom kosztów stałych dla aktualnej skali działalności Emitenta, zakładana jest dalsza, konsekwentna poprawa wyników na poziomie EBITDA w III i IV kwartale br. [w I i II kwartale 2020 roku Spółka osiągnęła odpowiednio -242 tys. zł oraz -82 tys. zł EBITDA]. Szczegółowe dane dotyczące sprzedaży i kosztów, także za bieżący miesiąc, podlegać będą odrębnej agregacji realizowanej na potrzeby sporządzenia sprawozdania finansowego za III kwartał 2020 roku. Ostateczne dane liczbowe oraz wyniki finansowe dla okresu III kwartału 2020 roku zostaną zaprezentowane w raporcie za III kwartał 2020 roku, którego publikacja przewidziana została na 16 listopada 2020 r. Należy podkreślić, że dwa ostatnie miesiące bieżącego kwartału to okres wakacyjno-urlopowy, których specyfika ma wpływ na realizację procesów sprzedażowych. Zostanie to jednak szerzej poruszone we wspomnianym powyżej raporcie kwartalnym. Wyjaśnienie pojęć: EBITDA [ang. earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization] rozumiana jest jako zysk [strata] przed potrąceniem kosztów finansowych [odsetek], podatków i amortyzacji. W raportowaniu miesięcznym i kwartalnym Spółka wylicza EBITDA na bazie wyniku ze sprzedaży i w ten sposób miesięczne lub kwartalne rezultaty są bardziej porównywalne krótkim okresie. W ujęciu roczny EBITDA jest prezentowana jako wynik operacyjny powiększony o amortyzację. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Update of information on the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus
pandemic on the operation of the Issuer Based on the above data, the Issuer's Management Board, immediately updated the assessment of the impact of the business environment on the Issuer's operations, including in particular the epidemic situation caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Taking into account the current dynamics of acquiring sales and partnership contracts [ including, in particular, Polish and international contracts concluded by the Issuer in the current ESPI reports No. 7/2020, 8/2020, 16/2020, 19/2020 and 20/2020], as well as a relatively constant level of fixed costs for the current scale of the Issuer's operations, further, consistent improvement of the results at the EBITDA level in the third and fourth quarter of this year is assumed. [in the first and second quarter of 2020, the Company reached respectively -242 thousand PLN and -82 thousand PLN EBITDA]. Detailed data on sales and costs, also for the current month, will be subject to separate aggregation carried out for the purposes of preparing the financial statements for the third quarter of 2020. The final figures and financial results for the third quarter of 2020 will be presented in the report for the third quarter of 2020, the publication of which is scheduled for November 16, 2020. It should be emphasized that the last two months of the current quarter are the holiday and holiday period, the specificity of which affects the implementation of sales processes. This subject will be discussed in more detail in the above-mentioned quarterly report. Definitions: EBITDA [ang. earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization] is understood as profit [loss] before deduction of financial costs [interest], taxes and depreciation. In monthly and quarterly reporting, the Company calculates EBITDA on the basis of the result on sales, and thus monthly or quarterly results are more comparable in the short term. On an annual basis, EBITDA is presented as operating result increased by depreciation and amortisation.. | |||
