| Ivry-sur-Seine, 18 March, 2016 AMICABLE RESOLUTION OF THE DISPUTE WITH CHAMARRE Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) today announces that Moncigale has reached an agreement that should end the dispute between this Group subsidiary and Chamarré, represented by liquidators SCP BTSG. The implementation of this agreement is subject to the approval of the competent jurisdiction. This dispute concerned an exclusive license contract for the use, manufacturing and distribution of the Chamarré brand by Moncigale. Under the terms of the agreement, SCP BTSG, as Chamarré’s liquidators, would receive a similar sum to that written down as provisions for risks in Moncigale’s accounts, i.e. €675,000. This agreement should definitively bring the dispute to an end and open the way for an early repayment of Moncigale’s business continuation plan. Jean-Noël Reynaud, CEO of Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, says: “I am very pleased with this outcome, which is in the best interests of our shareholders and which will trigger the resolution process regarding the largest commercial dispute we inherited."
