The
Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _the "Issuer"_ had
previously informed that, due to delays caused by the ongoing
coronavirus measures imposed in the countries where the Issuer has
presence, publication of the audited consolidated annual report for 2019
had been postponed until 31 May 2020. Meanwhile, the Issuer's un-audited
consolidated annual report for 2019 had been published on 28 April 2020. | |||
