Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (hereinafter - “the Company") hereby
informs that due to a recent change of the Company’s external,
independent auditor, publication of the audited consolidated annual
report for 2018 will be postponed until 31 May 2019. Meanwhile, the
Company’s un-audited consolidated annual report for 2018 will be
published no later than 30 April 2019. | |||
