| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: "Company" or “Issuer”), informs of receiving on August 7, 2020 - pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 2) and art. 69 par. 2 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Act"), from Central Fund of Immovables sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (“CFI”) - notification of July 29, 2020 containing information on the on the reduction of the share in the total number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 15% of the total number of votes in the Company as a result of stock exchange transactions made on July 22, 2020 ("Notification"). The subject of the above-mentioned stock exchange transactions was the sale of a total of 609,492 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, constituting approximately 0.93 % of the Company's share capital and carrying the right to 609,492 votes, which constituted approximately 0.93 % of the total number of votes. Pursuant to the Notification, CFI, prior to the above-mentioned transactions, held a total of 10,350,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, representing approximately 15.78 % of the Company's share capital and conferring the right to 10,350,000 votes, which constitutes approximately 15.78 % of the total number of votes. As a result of the transactions, CFI at the end of July 22, 2020 held 9,740,508 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, constituting approximately 14.85 % of the share capital of this Company and carrying the right to 9,740,508 votes, i.e. approximately 14.85 % total number of votes. At the same time, the Company indicates that in accordance with the CFI notification of August 3, 2020, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 50/2020, CFI as a result of stock exchange transactions made on July 27, 2020, at the end of July 27, 2020 CFI held 7,070,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, constituting approximately 10.78% of the share capital of this Company and conferring the right to 7,070,000 votes, which constitutes approximately 10.78% of the total number of votes. The Notification of July 29, 2020, referred to in this current report, constitutes Appendix No. 1 to this report.
