| Management Board of Work Service S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”), in connection with the process of preparing the financial statements for the first half of 2019, has updated the assessment of the strategic options review process (current report 31_2019 - Decision to launch a review of policy options) in terms of possible divestments considered or carried out by the Work Service Group. Accordingly, based on the progress of the analyzes and processes the sale of selected assets and in connection with the assessment that the sale of companies in the assessment of the Board is highly probable within 12 months from the date of publication of the report for the first half of 2019., The Management Board on 30 September 2019 decided to classify the operations of the following subsidiaries of discontinued operations (ie. the operations held for sale from the perspective of the Issuer): 1. Antal’s Group • Antal Sp.z o.o. • Antal International s.r.o.( Czechy) • Enloyd Kft (Węgry) At the same time, the Management Board of Work Service points out that, in addition to the issue of divestment, the subject of the abovementioned review of strategic options is also analysis of potential new investments, debt refinancing options and alternative sources of financing for the Work Service capital group, in particular the issue of shares, warrants, bonds, bonds convertible into shares or other equity and debt instruments. As a result of the conducted analysis, the Issuer decided that it is justified to classify the information indicated above as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17 (1) of the MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report. Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR (Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC).
