| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer”) publishes time limits for the submission of periodical reports in 2019: 1. Individual annual report for 2018 – 30 April 2019 2. Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 30 April 2019 3. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 – 30 May 2019 4. Consolidated biannual report for half year 1 2018 – 13 September 2019 5. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 – 29 November 2019 At the same time, the Issuer informs about abandoning the publication of consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2018 and Q2 2019 pursuant to clause 101 subclause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal. Furthermore, pursuant to clause 83 subclause 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly report and biannual report shall contain, respectively, abridged quarterly and biannual individual financial statements. Hence the Issuer shall not submit separate individual quarterly reports and separate individual biannual report. | ||||||||||||
