| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby corrects the current report No. 51/2019 dated 16 May 2019 as regards the indication of the correct name of the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board. Previous text of the second paragraph was as follows: In fulfilment of the information obligations arising from § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State, the Issuer announces the following: Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wotaszek – Member of the Supervisory Board A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: finance and banking. He currently serves as a director of ForeVest Capital Partners. In the years 2001 - 2016 he worked at PineBridge Investments (Central Europe), a global private equity fund. Mr Wojtaszek specializes in investments in the areas of services and production, IT, telecommunications, retail, as well as transport and logistics. Previously he worked as an Associate in the Corporate Finance department of Arthur Andersen and as an analyst in two private equity funds. He has over 20 years of experience in the Private Equity sector and management in Central and Eastern Europe. In the years 2008 - 2014 the Vice President of the Management Board and from January 2014 a member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. Mr. Wojtaszek is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Integer.pl S.A. Mr Tomasz Jakub Wotaszek declares that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. would violate the law or the Company's Articles of Association. In particular, Mr Tomasz Jakub Wotaszek: 1.is not involved in activities competitive to the Company as well as he does not participate in a competing company as partner of a civil law partnership or a partnership or as a member of a competitive body of a capital company or member of the governing body of any competitive legal person; 2.is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20th August 1997 of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2007, No. 168 item 1186, as amended). Legal base: 1.Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2.§ 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
