| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company") informs that that on April 24, 2020 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution approving the transaction specified in the investment agreement concluded between the Company Gi INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., wholly owned by Gi Group SpA ("Investor") on February 13, 2020 ("Investment Agreement"). Obtaining the consent of the Company's Supervisory Board for the transaction is one of the conditions precedent to the transaction with the Investor, set out in the Investment Agreement. Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of Regulation no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
