| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: The Issuer, the Company) with the reference to current reports no 89/2018, 91/2018 and 8/2019 informs that on 30 January 2019, established a following mortgage on real estate owned by the Issuer: 1) up to the amount of PLN 66.210.000,00 in favor of BGŻ BNP PARIBAS S.A., in order to secure the creditor's claims against the Company for the repayment of all receivables of the creditor against the Company under the credit agreement of 18 November 2015 along with further changes. 2) up to the amount of PLN 66.210.000,00 in favor of BANK MILLENNIUM S.A., in order to secure the creditor's claims against the Company for the repayment of all receivables of the creditor against the Company under the credit agreement of 18 November 2015 along with further changes. 3) up to the amount of PLN 66.210.000,00 33.105.000,00 in favor of SANTANDER BANK POLSKA S.A., in order to secure the creditor's claims against the Company for the repayment of all receivables of the creditor against the Company under the credit agreement of 18 November 2015 along with further changes. 4) up to the amount of PLN 66.210.000,00 33.105.000,00 in favor of POWSZECHNA KASA OSZCZĘDNOŚCI BANK POLSKI S.A. in order to secure the creditor's claims against the Company for the repayment of all receivables of the creditor against the Company under the credit agreement of 18 November 2015 along with further changes. The above mortgages will have equal priority over satisfaction. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer concluded that it is justified to classify the information indicated above as confidential information within the meaning of Art. 17(1) of the MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report. Legal basis: art. 17 (1) MAR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) NO. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on the Market Abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC i 2004/72/EC).
