| Zarząd DECORA S.A. z siedzibą w Środzie Wielkopolskiej ("Spółka"), działając na podstawie § 5 ust. 1 pkt 19 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim informuje, że w dniu 15 lipca 2011 roku Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę o wyborze podmiotu uprawnionego do badania rocznego sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2011 oraz skonsolidowanego rocznego sprawozdania Grupy Kapitałowej DECORA S.A. za rok obrotowy 2011. Stosownie do treści § 25 powołanego wyżej rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów, Spółka informuje, iż: 1. do przeprowadzenia badania wybrano HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Poznaniu (kod pocztowy: 61-478) przy ulicy Bluszczowej 7, o kapitale zakładowym w wysokości 100 000,00 złotych wpisaną pod numerem KRS 0000190899 do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego - Rejestru Przedsiębiorców prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda , VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Wskazany podmiot jest uprawniony do badania sprawozdań finansowych, zgodnie z art. 47 Ustawy z dnia 7 maja 2009 r. o biegłych rewidentach i ich samorządzie, podmiotach uprawnionych do badania sprawozdań finansowych oraz o nadzorze publicznym (Dz. U. z 2009, nr 77, poz. 649, z późniejszymi zmianami) i jest wpisany na listę Krajowej Rady Biegłych Rewidentów pod nr 2917. 2. Wyboru podmiotu dokonującego badania dokonano w dniu 15 lipca 2011 roku. 3. Spółka korzystała usług wybranego podmiotu w następującym zakresie: a) badanie jednostkowego sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 wraz z opinią i raportem z badania b) badanie skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego grupy kapitałowej DECORA S.A. za rok obrotowy 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 wraz z opinią i raportem z badania, 4. Organem dokonującym wyboru podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2011 oraz skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej DECORA S.A. za rok obrotowy 2011 jest Rada Nadzorcza. Rada Nadzorcza spółki DECORA S.A. dokonała wyboru podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań finansowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i normami zawodowymi. 5. Umowa z wybranym podmiotem ma zostać zawarta na okres badania sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2011 oraz skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej DECORA S.A. za rok obrotowy 2011. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of DECORA S.A. with its seat in Środa Wielkopolska ("Company"), operating on the basis of § 5 it. 1 point 19 of the regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodical information transfer red by the issuers of the securities and the conditions to recognize the information required by the Polish law provisions not being the Member State hereby informs that on 15 July 2011 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the resolution about the selection of the entity entitled to audit the annual financial report of the Company for the financial year 2011 and the consolidated annual report of the Capital Group DECORA S.A. for the financial year 2011. Pursuant to the text of § 25 of the regulation quoted above of the Minister of Finances, the Company informs that: 1. to conduct the audit HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski Sp. z o. o. was selected with its seat in Poznań (postal code: 61-478) at the Bluszczowa street 7, with the initial capital of 100 000,00 zlotys incorporated into the National Court Register – the Entrepreneurs’ Register with the KRS number 0000190899, conducted by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda , VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register. The entity indicated is entitled to audit the financial reports in accordance with art. 47 of the Act of 7 May 2009 about certified auditors and their self-government, the entities entitled to audit the financial reports and about the public supervision (J. of L. of 2009, no 77, it. 649 as amended) and is incorporated into the list of the National Council of the Certified Auditors with the nr 2917. 2. The selection of the entity performing the audit was made on 15 July 2011. 3. The Company used the services of the selected entity in the following scope: a) the audit of the unit financial report of the Company for the financial year 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 with the opinion and the report on the audit b) the audit of the consolidated financial report of the capital group DECORA S.A. for the financial year 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 with the opinion and the report on the audit, 4. The body which selected the entity entitled to audit the financial report of the Company for the financial year 2011 and the consolidated financial report of the Capital Group DECORA S.A. for the financial year 2011 is the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board of the company DECORA S.A. selected the entity entitled to audit the financial reports in accordance with the applicable provisions and professional standards. 5. The agreement with the selected entity is to be concluded for the period of auditing the financial report of the Company for the working year 2011 and the consolidated financial report of the Capital Group DECORA S.A. for the financial year 2011. | |||
