| ASTARTA Holding N. V. z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia ("Spółka") przekazuje do wiadomości przewidywane daty publikacji raportów okresowych Spółki w 2009 r.: I. Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2008 r. (wraz z wynikami finansowymi za 3 miesiące kończące się 31 grudnia 2008): 30 kwietnia 2009 r. II. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2009 r. (wraz z wynikami finansowymi za 6 miesięcy i za 3 miesiące kończące się 30 czerwca 2009): 31 sierpnia 2009 r. III. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: za I kwartał 2008 r. - 15 maja 2008 r.; za III kwartał 2008 r. - 12 listopada 2008 r. Zarząd Spółki informuje, że Spółka jest podmiotem prawa holenderskiego i z uwagi na fakt, iż Królestwo Holandii przyjęło Dyrektywę Transparency, kalendarz publikacji raportów okresowych w 2009 roku jest zgodny z nowym prawem holenderskim. | ||||||||||||

| Dates for filing periodical reports in 2009 The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the “Company”) announces the scheduled dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2009: I. Consolidated annual report for 2008 (including 3 months ended 31 December 2008 financial results) - April 30, 2009. II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2009 (including 3 months ended 30 June 2009 financial results)- August 31, 2009. III. Consolidated interim reports: For the 1st quarter of 2009 - May 15, 2009; For the 3rd quarter of 2009 - November 12, 2009. The Board of Directors further informs that as the Company is a company of a Dutch law and following the fact that the Kingdom of Netherlands adopted the Transparency Directive the agenda of periodic reports to be published in 2009 is in accordance with the new Dutch regulations. Legal grounds: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005 in conjunction with § 100.1 and § 86.3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of 19 October 2005 on Ongoing and Periodic Information to be Published by Issuers of Securities. | |||
