| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) w związku z powzięciem w dniu dzisiejszym informacji o wartości wstępnych wybranych danych finansowych podaje do publicznej wiadomości wybrane wstępne wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A.(„Grupa”) oraz Emitenta, za IV kwartał 2019 roku oraz 2019 rok: Wyniki finansowe za IV kwartał 2019 roku: Grupa Kapitałowa Arctic Paper S.A.: - Skonsolidowane szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 739,7 mln zł, - Skonsolidowany szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 5,5 mln zł Arctic Paper S.A. - Jednostkowe szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 30,4 mln zł - Jednostkowy szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 13,9 mln zł Wyniki finansowe za 2019 rok: Grupa Kapitałowa Arctic Paper S.A. - Skonsolidowane szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 3.117,1 mln zł, - Skonsolidowany szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 124,7 mln zł Arctic Paper S.A. - Jednostkowe szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 83,1 mln zł, - Jednostkowy szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 33,0 mln zł. Szczegółowe wybrane wstępne skonsolidowane wyniki Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A. przedstawione zostały w załączniku do niniejszego raportu. Powyższe wyniki finansowe stanowią szacunki uzyskane w trakcie przygotowywania sprawozdań finansowych za rok 2019. Ostateczne wyniki jednostkowe i skonsolidowane zostaną opublikowane w raporcie rocznym i mogą, w ograniczonym stopniu, odbiegać od powyżej przedstawionych wielkości. Publikacja skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok obrotowy zakończony 31 grudnia 2019 roku, obejmującego m.in. ww. skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A. jak i jednostkowego raportu rocznego Spółki za 2019 rok, wraz z opiniami biegłego rewidenta, nastąpi w dniu 26 marca 2020 roku. Powyższe informacje zostały uznane za spełniające przesłanki Art. 7 ust. 1 MAR ze względu na istotne, zdaniem Zarządu Spółki, zmiany ich poziomu względem okresu porównywalnego odnotowane szczególnie w zakresie skonsolidowanego wyniku netto na sprzedaży Grupy oraz wartości jednostkowych osiągniętych przez Emitenta. Uzyskane wyniki są wynikiem skutecznej realizacji programu poprawy zyskowności w segmencie papieru oraz niższymi kosztami surowców, co przyczyniło się do wzrostu zysku w segmencie papieru. Prace nad poprawą efektywności i podniesieniem marży są kontynuowane. Wyraźna poprawa wyników w segmencie papieru, wprowadzenie nowych produktów papierniczych Premium i w segmencie opakowań, przeprowadzone inwestycje w segmencie papierniczym oraz stabilny segment celulozy poprawiły dochodowość na poziomie Grupy Kapitałowej. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylającego dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i Dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. | |||||||||||

Subject: Preliminary financial results of Arctic Paper S.A. and Arctic Paper Group for the Q4 of 2019 and 2019 General legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR – Inside information Content: Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.(“Company”, “Issuer”) in reference with finding out today an information about the value of preliminary selected financial data, herewith announces selected preliminary financial results of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group (the "Group") and the Issuer for the Q4 of 2019 and 2019 year:
Financial Results of Q4 2019: Arctic Paper S.A. Group: - Consolidated estimated sales revenues 739,7 mln PLN, - Consolidated estimated net profit 5,5 mln PLN,
Arctic Paper S.A. - Standalone estimated sales revenues 30,4 mln PLN, - Standalone estimated net profit 13,9 mln PLN,
Financial Results of 2019: Arctic Paper S.A. Group: - Consolidated estimated sales revenues 3117,1 mln PLN, - Consolidated estimated net profit 124,7 mln PLN,
Arctic Paper S.A. - Standalone estimated sales revenues 83,1 mln PLN, - Standalone estimated net profit 33,0 mln PLN.
Detailed selected preliminary consolidated results of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group are presented in the attachment to this report.
The above financial results are estimates obtained during the preparation of the financial statements for 2019. The final standalone and consolidated results will be published in the annual report and may, to a limited extent, differ from the amounts presented above. Publication of the annual consolidated report for the financial year ended December 31st, 2019, including consolidated financial statements of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group and the standalone annual report of the Company for the same period of 2019, together with the auditor's opinions, will take place on March 26th, 2020. The abovementioned information, in the opinion of the Company's Management Board, has been recognized as meeting the requirements of Article 7 para. 1 MAR due to significant changes in their level relative to the comparable period, noted especially in the consolidated profit on sales of the Group and unit values achieved by the Issuer.
The results obtained are the effect of successful implementation of the profitability improvement program in the paper segment and lower raw material costs, which contributed to the increase of the profit in paper segment. The work to increase the efficiency and strengthen the margin is continued. Significant improvement of results in the paper segment, the launch of new Premium paper and packaging products, investments in the paper segment and stable pulp segment raised the profitability on the Group level.
