| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") przekazuje treść uchwał powziętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy AmRest, które odbyło się w dniu 22 maja 2009 r., o godz. 11:00, w siedzibie Spółki we Wrocławiu przy Placu Grunwaldzkim 25-27. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że walne zgromadzenie nie odstąpiło od żadnego z punktów planowanego porządku obrad oraz nie zostały zgłoszone żadne sprzeciwy do protokołu w trakcie obrad. | Regulatory Announcement 28/2009 dated 22 May 2008; The Resolutions of AmRest Holdings SE Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") encloses the wording of resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which was held on 22 May 2009 at 11:00am at the Company’s head office in Wrocław, Plac Grunwaldzki 25-27.
