Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje, o podpisaniu w dniu 11 października 2010 roku Umowy Kredytowej ("Umowa") pomiędzy AmRest, AmRest Sp. z o.o. ("AmRest Polska") i AmRest s.r.o. ("AmRest Czechy") – łącznie "Kredytobiorcy" a Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("PEKAO"), RBS Bank Polska S.A. ("RBS Polska"), Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. ("RBS") i Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("WBK") – łącznie "Kredytodawcy". AmRest Polska i AmRest Czechy są spółkami w 100% zależnymi od AmRest. Na podstawie Umowy, Kredytodawcy udzielają Kredytobiorcom kredytu łącznie w kwocie do PLN 440 mln. Kredyt powinien zostać spłacony do dnia 11 października 2015 roku. Kwota kredytu obejmuje dwie transze. Transza A, PLN 240 mln, przeznaczona jest na spłatę zobowiązań wynikających z aktualnie obowiązujących umów kredytowych zawartych z PEKAO, WBK, ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A i ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (Umowa z 15 grudnia 2008 opisana w RB 90/2008, "Umowa z roku 2008"). Transza B, PLN 200 mln, udzielona w formie kredytu rewolwingowego, przeznaczona jest na spłatę zobowiązań wynikających z Umowy z roku 2008 oraz finansowanie rozwoju Grupy AmRest. Wszyscy Kredytobiorcy ponoszą solidarną odpowiedzialność za realizację zobowiązań wynikających z Umowy. Kredyt jest oprocentowany według zmiennej stopy procentowej. Kredyt jest dostępny w następujących walutach: PLN, USD, EUR i CZK. |

RB 56/2010 - Credit Agreement with PEKAO, RBS Poland, RBS and BZ WBK;The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about signing on 11th October 2010 a Credit Agreement („the Agreement”) between AmRest, AmRest Sp. z o.o.(„AmRest Poland”) and AmRest s.r.o. („AmRest Czech”) – jointly „the Borrowers” and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. („PEKAO”), RBS Bank Polska S.A. („RBS Poland”), Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. („RBS”) and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. („WBK”) – jointly „the Lenders”. AmRest Poland and AmRest Czech are 100% subsidiaries of AmRest. ;Based on the Agreement the Lenders grant to the Borrowers a credit facility in the amount up to PLN 440 milion. The facility shall be repaid by 11th October 2015 and consists of two tranches. Tranche A, PLN 240 million, is dedicated for repayment of obligations under loan agreements signed with PEKAO, WBK, ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (agreement dated 15th December 2008 mentioned in RB 90/2008, „the 2008 Agreement”). Tranche B, PLN 200 million, granted as a revolving credit facility, is dedicated for repayment of the obligations under the 2008 Agreement and financing development activities of AmRest. All Borrowers bear joint liability for any obligations resulting from the Agreement.;The credit is provided at the variable interest rate.
