| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego RB 184/2016 z dnia 1 grudnia 2016 roku Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”) informuje o finalizacji („Finalizacja”) w dniu 1 marca 2017 roku umowy sprzedaży i transferu aktywów (“APA”) pomiędzy AmRest i Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Ltd., German Branch („Sprzedający”). W wyniku Finalizacji AmRest stał się operatorem 15 restauracji KFC działających na rynku niemieckim. Cena otrzymana przez Sprzedającego w zamian za przekazane restauracje wyniosła ok. 10,28 mln EUR (ok. 44,15 mln zł). Wszystkie wymagane zgody oraz inne warunki określone w APA od których uzależniona była Finalizacja zostały spełnione. | ||||||||||||

| RB 42/2017 Completion of the assets sale and transfer agreement of KFC restaurants in the German market;With reference to the regulatory announcement RB 184/2016 dated December 1st, 2016 the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) announces the completion (the “Completion”) on March 1st, 2017 of the assets sale and transfer agreement (the “APA”) between AmRest and Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Ltd., German Branch.;As a result of the Completion AmRest acquired 15 KFC restaurants operating in the German market. The purchase price amounted to EUR 10.28 million (ca.
