| Zarząd Agory SA z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje że zgodnie z postanowieniami § 21 ust. 1 statutu Spółki, Agora Holding Sp. z o.o., akcjonariusz posiadający 100% uprzywilejowanych akcji imiennych serii A Agory, zgłosił kandydaturę: Pana Sanforda Schwartza, President w Cox Auto Trader na członka Rady Nadzorczej Agory SA. Pan Sanford Schwartz (l. 53) jest doświadczonym menedżerem, który obecnie zajmuje stanowisko President w Cox Auto Trader. W latach 2003 – 2006 pełnił funkcję Executive Vice President w Cox Newspapers, Inc. Wcześniej związany był z Atlanta Journal Constitution jako Vice – President i General Manager. Pan Sanford Schwartz od początków kariery zawodowej związany był z rynkiem wydawnictw prasowych. Pracę rozpoczął w roku 1974 w Columbus Citizen Journal. W roku 1985 rozpoczął pracę w grupie Cox Enterprises, Inc. w Tribune Newspapers, gdzie po dziesięciu latach, w styczniu 1995r. objął funkcję President i Publisher. W latach 1996 - 2001 Pan Sanford Schwartz pełnił funkcję Executive Vice President i General Manager w Austin American Statesman, a także President i Publisher w Cox Arizona Publications, Inc. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (the Company) hereby informs that according to § 21 section 1 of Agora's Statutes, Agora Holding Sp. z o.o., a shareholder holding 100% of the registered preferred series A shares, submitted:1) a candidacy of Mr. Sanford Schwartz, the President of Cox Auto Trader for a member of Agora's Supervisory Board. Mr. Sanford Schwartz a 53 – year – old experienced manager currently holds the position of the President of Cox Auto Trader. From 2003 till 2006 he held the position of the Executive Vice President of Cox Newspapers, Inc. Before that he served as a Vice President & General Manager of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Since the beginnings of his professional career Mr. Sanford Schwartz has been involved in the newspaper and publishing market. He started his work in the Columbus Citizen Journal in 1974. In 1985 he started his career in Cox Enterprises, Inc. in Tribune Newspapers, where - after ten years - he was named the President and Publisher in January 1995. In 1996 - 2001 Mr. Sanford Schwartz was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Austin American Statesman as well as the President and Publisher of Cox Arizona Publications, Inc. | |||
