Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za luty 2018 roku. 1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za luty 2018: W lutym 2018 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 51 pożyczek (wzrost o 45,71% r/r) o łącznej wartości 5 492,75 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2017 r. stanowi wzrost o 233,21 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 31 738,00 tys. PLN, jest to wynik wyższy o 395,16% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W lutym 2018 zostało złożonych 293 wnioski o pożyczkę, co oznacza wzrost o 80,86% w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2017 roku. Narastająco, po pierwszych dwóch miesiącach 2018 roku Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 107 pożyczek (o 78,33% więcej r-d-r) o łącznej wartości 9 973,12 tys. zł i wynik ten stanowi wzrost o 245,72% wobec 2017 roku. W styczniu i lutym br. złożonych zostało 570 wniosków o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 60 634,15 tys. zł. Liczba złożonych wniosków wzrosła o 111,90%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 444,60% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim. 2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za luty 2018: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w lutym 2018 r. wyniosła 11 171,21 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 176,59% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po dwóch miesiącach roku wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 23 647,07 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 131,02% rok-do-roku. 3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za luty 2018: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w lutym 2018 r. wyniosła 2 291,04 tys. EUR. W okresie stycznia oraz lutego br. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 3 186,51 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu. W związku z tym, iż spółka została zarejestrowana w czerwcu 2017 r., brak jest danych porównawczych. 4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za luty 2018: Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w lutym 2018 r. wyniosła 1 294,43 tys. PLN. Stanowi to spadek o 23,83% r/r. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 35 i była niższa o 97,22% w porównaniu do lutego 2017 r. Liczba podpisanych umów windykacyjnych była porównywalna do liczby umów pozyskanych rok wcześniej. W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec lutego 2018 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 2 606,03 tys. zł, co stanowi spadek o 61,41% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również obniżyła się o 87,99% z 7 220 do 867. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w styczniu i lutym br. zmniejszyła się nieznacznie o 27,27% do 8. 5) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za luty 2018: W lutym 2018 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 1 000,07 tys. PLN. Jednocześnie narastająco, na koniec lutego br. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 1 535,85 tys. złotych. Z uwagi na fakt, iż spółka zaczęła działalność operacyjną w III kwartale 2017 roku, dane porównawcze nie są dostępne. Tabela zawierająca szacunkowe dodatkowe dane raportowane za luty 2018 wraz z danymi porównawczymi znajduje się w załączniku do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

	The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. – February 2018 The board of Aforti Holding S.A. (“the Company”, “the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer’s subsidiaries for February 2018 1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for February 2018: In February 2018 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 51 loans (increase by 45,71% YoY) with a total value of PLN 5 492,75 thousand, which is an increase of 233,21% compared to the same month of 2017. The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 31 738,00 thousand and that is a result higher by 395,16% compared to the same period of the previous year. In February 2018, there were filed 293 loan applications, an increase of 80,86% compared to the same month of 2017. Cumulatively, after the first two months of 2018, Aforti Finance SA granted 107 loans (78,33% more YoY) with total value PLN 9 973,12 thousand and it is an increase by 245,72% compared to 2017. On January and February this year, there were filed 570 loan applications with total value PLN 60 634,15 thousand. The quantity of the loans rose up by 111,90% and their total value by 444,60% in relation to the same period in the previous year. 2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for February 2018: The currency exchange platform's turnover in February 2018 reached 11 171,21 thousand EUR and was higher by 176,59% compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, after two months of the current year, the turnover reached the level of 23 647,07 thousand EUR, an increase of 131,02% year-on-year. 3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for February 2018 : The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in February 2018 amounted to 2 291,04 thousand EUR. In January and February this year, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded 3 186,51 thousand EUR of the total turnover value. In connection with the registration the Company on June 2017, the comparative data are not available. 4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for February 2018: Nominal value of debt collection commissions on February 2018 reached PLN 1 294,43 thousand. This is a decrease of 23,83% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 35 and was lower by 97,22% compared to February 2017. The amount of signed recovery agreement was comparable to a number contract got a year ago. Cumulatively, at the end of February 2018, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 2 606,03 thousand, which is a decline of 61,41% year-on-year. The number of orders also decreased by 87,99% from 7 220 to 867. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded in January and February this year, decreased slightly by 27.27% to 8. 5) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for February 2018: In February 2018 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 1 000,07 thousand. Further, at the end of February 2018 this value reached level of PLN 1 535,85 thousand. The date comparative are not available because the Company had started its operating activities from the third quarter of the previous year. A table containing estimated additional data, reported for February 2018 together with the comparative data, can be found in an annex to the current report.
