| The Board Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that on November 4, 2020 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the resolution on the approval and ratification of Friedman LLP as an entity authorized to audit consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2020.
