| Submission of Milestone Medical Prospectus to Polish Financial Supervisory Authority<br /> The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (WAR: MMD, the “Company”, “Issuer”) informs that today October 3, 2014 the Company submitted an application of its Prospectus’ approval to Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego). The Company’s Prospectus was prepared for the purpose of conducting the public offering of new shares of the Company’s common stock and introduction and admission of all shares of the Company’s common stock to a regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange – including transition of 2,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock that are currently traded in the Alternative Trading System on NewConnect Market. The submission of above application is the next very important step in the Company’s realization of planned development strategy, which was described in Information Document.
