RB 14/2010:Reservations to the applicability of the Code of Best Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies

| Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") reports that ICPD intends to obey the Code of Best Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies, subject to the following four reservations below: - Rule No. 1: at present ICPD is not planning to enable on-line broadcasts of General Meetings over the Internet. ICPD considers it superfluous, however does not exclude it in the future. - Rule No. 3.13: ICPD is not planning to publish on its corporate website dates of meetings with investors and analysts and press conferences, in particular all dates of such meetings. ICPD could announce such dates only if ICPD would discretionary find it fit for and worth communicating to the general public. - Rule No. 11: ICPD together with its Authorised Adviser Łuczyński i Wspólnicy Sp.k. will organise meetings with chosen investors and analysts in Poland, which will rather not be open to the public. Does not exclude however to reconsider it in the future. - Rule No. 16: ICPD publishes its reports quarterly, which reporting frequency in the opinion of ICPD is sufficient enough for the investors.
